After being told what we wanted to hear, we were passed about the office personnel, speaking to 3 people, whom spent more time NOT returning phone calls than they did helping you. Our appraisal, for our Scranton property, was done by someone from Wyoming, which by the way, was supposed to take 3 days and ended up taking 2 1/2 weeks. We finally ended up terminating our application after our project was delayed for almost 3 months. The Staff was NOT helpful at all and were rather condescending when you asked them any questions. We went with a bank issue mortgage and our experience has been great. Thanks LA Mortgage for doing absolutely NOTHING, which you're apparently great at!!!! I recommend LA Mortgage to NO ONE. Save your time and your sanity!!!
