I've been using this bank for the past 2ys now. Other than the fact they have no drive-thru, they have been pretty good servicing our family. I've had minor issues once or twice, but they are usually very polite and helpful. They also have banks throughout the state as well as the whole country.

I agree with Swalve, business checking at BOA is garbage, they wanted me to open 4 different accounts just in case I had a check come in made out to me personally, my two tax businesses, or my partnership, made no concessions at all even though it was all the same money, would they make McDonald's

Bank manager, Yessina, is excellent; supportive, bilingual, efficient, friendly. Rest of staff follows her lead.
