I' ve been with this bank for about two years. Their Bounce Protection is great, however they do not offer immediate online banking, automatic debit, well basically you need to always go directly to the office and wait for about an hour just to get these things set up! Overall they are AVERAGE.

They kept me informed and closed with the expected charges. What a difference between them and the last bank i used.I would recomend!
