If you need to get refinanced fast this is the company to call. My own bank said it was going to take?45 days? to close on a simple conforming loan. Guardian had the whole thing done in 2 WEEKS (and that includes weekends). I was quoted a rate of 6.5% from my bank. I got exactly the same rate

My poor trusty bank is now considered the worst bank failure ever. So sad and I had complete faith in them too. They never screwed me over unlike that.
