This bank is exceptional when it comes to customer service!

When you walk into this bank it's like you just met some old family and friends every one is so friendly.If you have any problem they will do their best to make sure when you leave that everything is taken care of. So far I have not had a problem with this bank that was not taken care before

If checks are deposited AFTER 2pm, they WILL NOT clear until MIDNIGHT THE NEXT DAY - ie, you deposit a check on Mon at 3pm, your funds are not available until Tues night at midnight. No thanks - definitely switching banks. what a PITA!

I think that it is rediculous that when a business contacts your bank for available funds on a new business account of yours that you all you can tell them is that the account is closed or open. My company took a check on a new account for several thousand dollars and needed to verify avaible

When I walk into BoA at Myers Park there is always a pleasant greeter. They remember their frequent customers' names and findout the names of those whom they haven't met yet. They ask about personal activities like the past weekend while always keeping a professional boundary. They are accurate

This branch of BOA is the absolute worst bank I have ever banked with. I will actually go 10 minutes further to a different BOA because the Elm st branch is so slow and pathetic.

The bank is extremely convenient located inside the Harris Teeter on Rae Rd. The extended hours fit perfectly into my busy schedule. The associates are extremely professional and friendly, and seem to be vested in the interests of the customer.
