I am a local form the Memphis area, I've been living here for quite some time. This bank is a good bank to do business with. It has all the necessary tools to make your banking experience very satisfying. This bank also offers on line banking for customers who may not be form the Memphis area,

Not bad - The tellers are nice and never really had a problem. Just don't go at lunch time or after work on Friday or you may be standing in a line that wraps around the building 3 or 4 times! I'm thinking of leaving BOA because they have just become too big.
