WOW! What nice people. They make you feel as if you know them. I have gotten a few loans in a few years for some properties. This had to be the best service I have ever had. The rate I got was better than anyone qouted me even my bank. USE THIS COMAPANY. Michael was my loan officer hes awesome.

Always busy, and understaffed. You can expect to be waiting in line for awhile. The employees aren't very friendly either. Convienent side of town though.which is why I keep going.

Unison Credit Union is a great place to do business with. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone is willing to help you get what you need. Whenever I go into the office the whole teller line says HI to me. What great service. I wouldn't have my savings and loan accounts anywhere else.

Free checking. Free web-access. Free transfers to and from all Associated Bank accounts i.e. car, home, checking, savings. Free image viewing of cashed checks. All that free plus they're open on Sundays!

Definitely not the best of service or organization. 4 phone calls and a lot of time on hold to resolve what should have been simple. Will be closing my account and moving to a CU with better service.
